Whether you’re a breast cancer fighter or a breast cancer survivor, this class is just for you. This restorative practice will help to relax you and bring gentle movements to your body. The benefits of yoga are numerous. Practiced breathing techniques and meditation can help ease the stress and fear of the unknown. Yoga has also been known to help ease the negative side effects of cancer treatments. Yoga gives you a chance to slow down and listen to your body.
