This Week at Om Yoga

This week is full of love! It’s Valentine’s week and there are three classes coming up this week! This week starts with Chair Yoga on Wednesday at 6:30 pm. Chair Yoga is one of my favorite classes to teach. It’s fun and light-hearted. It’s a class for anyone who wants to move! We will do some heart-opening poses as well as some core work this week! Everyone is welcome at chair yoga!

Saturday morning we will start the weekend out with a gentle yoga class that is perfect for all levels. This class starts out with slow, deliberate movements and ends with yin yoga. Yin Yoga will get deeper into the tissues and fascia to help open the body.

Sunday afternoon is a special yoga class. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing yoga sleep class. We start class with some gentle movements to help us settle in for a sleep meditation. Wear your pajamas or comfy clothes and bring a pillow and blanket to snuggle in!
